Marthe Armitage Prints

Marthe Armitage Prints Limited is an artisanal design company, producing exclusive, hand-printed wallpapers and coordinating screen-printed fabrics from handmade linocuts. Taking pride of place in The Brentford Studio is the very same 100-year-old hand-operated printing press on which Marthe (now in her 90s) originally printed her intricate designs using the traditional lino block technique, and which is still used today for all the company’s hand printed output.

There will be the chance to witness and even try your hand at live printing, as well as discover the Marthe Armitage Designer Range of digital wallpapers and screen-printed fabrics, a new collection of sustainably printed Flexo papers available from stock, and a selection of limited edition aprons, bags and cushions.
