Am I eligible to pay a reduced fee?
We offer an early bird rate which reduces the cost to participate, unfortunately we are not able to offer bursaries.
Can I make changes to my page on the website or to any submitted information?
Once your profile has been added, you will be notified by email and have 48h to make sure you don't need any changes made. After this, there will be an admin charge of £10.
Can I participate if I’m under 18?
Yes everyone is welcome however you will have to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I view the venues beforehand?
If you require a space to be provided, you can register and a venue will be assigned to you. Arrangements can be made to view the space after it has been confirmed which will be organised via the Creative Mile team. Please do not contact the venues directly about this.
Can we contact the venue directly?
You should contact Creative Mile until such time that we confirm that you can contact the venues directly.
Do I pay once I’ve heard whether I've been allocated an exhibition space or not?
To confirm your space please complete the registration form and make your payment. We will then write to you to confirm the venue. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide you with a space to exhibit you would then get a full refund.
